Fix Error 3194 when Upgrading to Stock / Custom 4.3.3 IPSW Firmware

• Launch it.
• Click on the "Advanced" tab.
• Uncheck "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit"
• Click on "Apply Changes"
• Reboot your PC/Mac.
