Bootlace is an OpeniBoot installation and configuration tool. OpeniBoot can be installed to compatible devices by flashing the NOR directly from the device.
iDroid can also be installed and upgraded using this tool.

Features :
* Installation and configuration of OpeniBoot
* Installation and removal of iDroid
* Upgrading of iDroid and OpeniBoot
* QuickBoot directly into other OSes
* OpeniBoot configuration
* NVRAM backup and restore

Under the OpeniBoot tab you are able to install OpeniBoot, upgrade or remove it and configure an already installed OpeniBoot. Your device will be patched on first launch to allow the NOR to be flashed under iOS (This is a one off process - with patches thanks to CPICH & Bluerise).

Supported Devices/iOS versions (Not including GM seeds)
● iPhone 2G: 3.1.2, 3.1.3
● iPhone 3G: 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1
● Jailbreaks: PwnageTool, Redsn0w, Blackra1n

Please note that userland jailbreaks such as Spirit and Star ( v2) are not supported. If your device does not meet the requirements above Bootlace will NOT function.

You can install Bootlace by adding the repo to Cydia.

Also keep it in mind that your iPhone must be jailbroken.

Step 2: Once you install the Bootlace, a new icon will be added to your Spring board called Bootlace as shown in the picture below:
