iOS 5 Untethered Jailbreak May Have Been Fixed

After the WWDC keynote, many developers have luckily got their hands on the iOS 5 beta 1 and revealed the many features of iOS 5 almost more than 200 new features. While discovering these features.

Our jailbreak tools maker MuscleNerd has tweeted and shocked the folks, that iOS 5 is still jailbroken with the use of geohot’s limera1n exploit, but the jailbreak is tethered. So after this news, a new layer of questions has arisen in the folks, they start asking about the iOS 5 untethered jailbreak, but this sounds mad, because as we know, the release iOS 5 is just a beta 1 and off course it’s come up with number of bugs and glitches.
But now according to i0n1c, the author of untethered exploit which was used in iOS 4.3.3, has heard from his sources that Apple may have fixes the (ndrv_setspec() integeroverflow) files and other relative files in the beta 1 of iOS 5, which may use for developing the untethered jailbreak. So, if this is true than its mean, now we have to first wait for the iOS 5 GM release and then for untethered jailbreak.

i0n1c:
R.I.P. – I just heard Apple killed the ndrv_setspec() integeroverflow and his friends in iOS 5.0b1 – if this is true the untether is dead
